Terms of Service
·
1. Introduction
Welcome to FixMyScore.ai, a service offered by Analog Legalhub Technology Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.fixmyscore.ai, and the services provided therein. By accessing, registering with, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
Credit Information means credit data including credit scores, credit history, credit reports and related information obtained from credit bureaus like CRIF High Mark, Experian, etc.
Services means all offerings on FixMyScore.ai including credit report access, score monitoring, AI-powered credit analysis, recommendations, the AI Assistant, dispute facilitation, settlement and waiver facilitation and related negotiation support, UPI payments, bill tracking, and related financial tools.
AI Assistant means the automated conversational assistant made available by FixMyScore.ai which uses artificial intelligence, including large language models which may be operated by third-party providers, to respond to your queries.
Closed means an account which has been fully discharged and closed in the ordinary course, or which has been closed following a waiver granted by the Lender, and which is reported to Credit Information Companies as closed.
Credit Information Company or CIC means a credit information company registered with the Reserve Bank of India under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005, including TransUnion CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Experian and Equifax.
Lender means the relevant lender, asset reconstruction company, recovery agency or other holder of a debt owed by you.
Negotiation Authorisation means the express, specific and informed consent you give in the form presented to you for that purpose in the application, authorising FixMyScore.ai to act on your behalf in relation to a specified account under §11.
Settled means an account in respect of which the Lender has agreed to accept less than the full outstanding amount in final discharge of the debt, and which is reported to Credit Information Companies under a “Settled” designation.
Settlement Request means a request submitted by you through the platform, or confirmed by you to a FixMyScore.ai representative, that FixMyScore.ai approach a Lender in relation to the settlement or waiver of a specified account.
Waiver means the Lender’s agreement to forgo part of the outstanding amount against payment of an agreed sum in discharge of the balance. A waiver of the entire outstanding amount, without payment, is ordinarily reported as Written Off rather than as Closed.
Written Off means an account which the Lender has ceased to pursue for recovery and has reported as written off.
3. Consent for Accessing Credit Information
By registering or using our Services, you voluntarily authorise FixMyScore.ai to:
- Act as your authorised representative for accessing your Credit Information from credit bureaus such as CRIF and Experian.
- Use such information at the frequency applicable to your subscription plan, as stated for that plan at the time of purchase, and not more frequently than four times per calendar month, to provide credit improvement services and relevant financial product suggestions.
You agree that:
- Credit bureaus are not responsible for any consequences arising from the sharing of your Credit Information with us.
- You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us via our website, registered office, or designated communication channels.
This authorisation relates solely to the access and use of your Credit Information. It does not authorise FixMyScore.ai to negotiate with, or make any representation to, any Lender on your behalf. Any such authority is separate, is given only in the manner described in §11 (Authorisation to Negotiate on Your Behalf), and may be given or withdrawn independently of the consent in this §3.
4. User Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.
- You will use the Services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purpose.
- You will safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Subscription Services and Payment Authorisation
Some features on FixMyScore.ai are offered on a subscription basis.
- You authorise us to auto-debit subscription fees from your registered payment method as per your selected plan until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings or support request.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of Services.
- We are not responsible for any charges levied by your bank/payment processor.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription fees are consideration for access to the Services and features of your selected plan. They are not consideration for, and are not contingent on, any outcome — including any change in your credit score, the acceptance of any settlement or waiver request, any saving achieved, any change in the status under which an account is reported, or the availability of any credit product. Save as provided in this §5, and subject to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, no refund arises by reference to any such outcome. Nothing in this §5 limits any right or remedy available to you in respect of a deficiency in the Services actually provided.
6. Use of Services
We partner with regulated financial institutions to deliver our services. You agree to:
- Allow us to communicate promotional offers via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Authorise us to access your KYC data (e.g., from CKYC Registry) or GST return information to enable financial services, where applicable.
- Ensure that you use our services lawfully and for personal use only.
- Where you request assistance in relation to an overdue account, allow us to facilitate settlement and waiver requests with your Lenders in accordance with §9 to §11.
By completing logging in, you confirm you are a registered user of FixMyScore and you expressly authorise FixMyScore, its employees, agents, representatives and authorised service providers to contact you by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, in-app notification or other electronic means in order to:

(b) inform you about, explain, and recommend other products and services offered by FixMyScore or its partner banks, NBFCs and financial institutions — including subscription plans, secured and unsecured credit cards, loans and other credit facilities — including recommendations made on the basis of an assessment of your credit profile and repayment history.
You acknowledge that where our representative contacts, they may in the same interaction inform you of other products for which you may be eligible, and you consent to receiving such recommendations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use UPI responsibly and safeguard your UPI credentials.
- Raise grievances via our app, email, or other designated support channels.
NPCI, PSP Bank & TPAP Obligations:

7. Credit Score Improvement — Scope and Limitations
7.1 FixMyScore.ai does not guarantee any credit score outcome.
(a) Your credit score is computed by Credit Information Companies using their own proprietary models, on the basis of data furnished to them by your lenders. FixMyScore.ai does not compute your credit score, does not control it, does not furnish data to any Credit Information Company in respect of your accounts, and cannot alter, correct or improve your score directly.
(b) The FixScore plan, improvement plan, personalised action plan, score simulator and any similar feature provide analysis, prioritised guidance and education based on the credit report data available to FixMyScore.ai at the relevant time. They are a tool to help you understand and act on the factors affecting your score. They are not a warranty, guarantee, assurance or representation that your score will improve, that it will improve by any particular number of points, that it will reach any particular level, or that any improvement will occur within any particular period.
(c) Whether your score improves depends substantially on matters outside FixMyScore.ai’s control, including: your own repayment behaviour and credit usage; whether you act on the guidance provided; the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data furnished by your lenders to the Credit Information Companies; each Credit Information Company’s reporting cycle and scoring methodology; and the presence on your report of historical adverse entries — including accounts reported as Written Off or Settled — which may persist irrespective of your subsequent conduct.
(d) Any timeline referred to by FixMyScore.ai — including references to improvement over ninety days, three to six months, six to twelve months, or any similar period — is a general estimate of the period over which consistent positive credit behaviour may typically begin to be reflected in credit bureau data. It is not a commitment, a deadline, or a representation that your score will change within that period. Certain factors, including the age of your credit history, are inherently time-dependent and cannot be accelerated by any action of FixMyScore.ai or of you.
(e) Your subscription entitles you to the features of your selected plan. It does not entitle you to a score outcome. Save as provided in the refund provisions of §5, and subject to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, no refund or credit arises by reason of your score failing to improve, failing to improve by an expected amount, failing to improve within an expected period, or declining. Nothing in this §8.1 limits any right or remedy available to you in respect of a deficiency in the service actually provided.
7.2 Not financial, credit or legal advice. The content, plans, recommendations, simulations, prioritised actions and responses made available through the FixMyScore.ai platform, including those generated by the AI Assistant, constitute general information and educational guidance only. They are not investment advice, financial advice, credit counselling within the meaning of any applicable regulation, tax advice or legal advice, and they do not take account of your complete financial circumstances, obligations or objectives. FixMyScore.ai is not a bank, non-banking financial company, credit information company or registered investment adviser. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision that has material financial consequences, including any decision to settle, waive or write off a debt.
8. Settlement and Waiver Services
8.1 Settlement and waiver outcomes are determined by the Lender, not by FixMyScore.ai.
(a) Where you request assistance with a settlement or waiver in respect of an overdue account, FixMyScore.ai will present your case to the relevant Lender and will use reasonable efforts to obtain the most favourable terms reasonably available in the circumstances.
(b) The decision to accept, reject, vary or withdraw any settlement or waiver proposal rests solely and exclusively with the Lender. FixMyScore.ai has no authority to require a Lender to accept any proposal, to reduce any amount payable, to waive any sum, or to determine the status under which an account is subsequently reported to any Credit Information Company.
(c) Any settlement amount, waiver amount, discount, reduction, percentage saving or “savings” figure communicated to you at any time — whether in the FixMyScore.ai application, on any website, in any advertisement, or by any employee, agent, chatbot or automated communication — is indicative only and is expressed on an “up to” basis. It does not constitute an offer, a commitment, a representation of the amount you will in fact pay or save, or a guarantee of any outcome.
(d) Sub-clause (c) does not apply to a settlement or waiver amount set out in a written settlement confirmation, payment demand or payment page issued to you by FixMyScore.ai or by the Lender in respect of a specific accepted proposal. Such an amount is the amount payable on the terms and within the validity period stated in it.
(e) Where FixMyScore.ai refers to an amount “saved”, that figure is computed as the difference between the total amount recorded by the Lender as outstanding on the account immediately before the settlement or waiver — including principal, accrued interest, penal interest and charges — and the amount you are required to pay under the accepted settlement or waiver. It does not represent a reduction in principal alone, and it takes no account of any fee payable by you to FixMyScore.ai.
(f) The service FixMyScore.ai provides is the presentation, negotiation support and facilitation of your case. It is not the delivery of a settlement, a waiver, a specific saving or a specific account status. Subscription fees are consideration for that service and, save as set out in §5, are not contingent on and not refundable by reference to the outcome of any settlement or waiver request.
(g) Where a pre-negotiated or “exclusive” settlement or waiver offer is displayed to you in the application, that offer is subject to availability, to the Lender’s continuing agreement, to your eligibility (including any minimum days-past-due threshold), and to the validity period stated with the offer. FixMyScore.ai may withdraw or amend such an offer at any time before you complete payment, including where the Lender withdraws or amends it.
(h) You acknowledge that FixMyScore.ai does not guarantee any timeline for the completion of a settlement or waiver. Any indicative period communicated to you is an estimate based on typical processing times and may be exceeded for reasons outside FixMyScore.ai’s control.
8.2 Illustrative and aggregate figures
Any figure, statistic, average, range or user count published by FixMyScore.ai in relation to savings achieved, settlement discounts obtained, score improvements recorded or accounts resolved is illustrative and derived from historical aggregate data across a population of users. It describes past outcomes for other users. It is not a prediction, projection, representation or warranty as to the outcome you will experience, and your own result may be materially different or may be no improvement at all.
8.3 Fees for settlement services.
8.4 Acknowledgement before a Settlement Request is raised. Before FixMyScore.ai raises a settlement or waiver request with a Lender on your behalf, you will be required to confirm that you have been informed of, and understand, the distinction between an account reported as Settled and an account reported as Closed, and the consequences described in §10. FixMyScore.ai will maintain a record of that confirmation. FixMyScore.ai may decline to proceed with a Settlement Request where that confirmation has not been obtained.
9. Account Status and Credit Reporting
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) An account reported as Settled carries a materially adverse implication for your credit profile. Lenders generally treat a “Settled” designation as an indication that the borrower did not discharge the debt in full. A “Settled” designation may result in the rejection of future credit applications, or in less favourable terms being offered, irrespective of any subsequent improvement in your numerical credit score.
(b) An account reported as Closed does not ordinarily carry the same adverse implication as one reported as Settled.
(c) How your account is designated when it is reported is determined solely by the Lender’s reporting to the Credit Information Companies. FixMyScore.ai does not furnish that data, does not select the designation, and cannot require a Lender to report an account under any particular designation. In particular, an account resolved by way of a Waiver may nonetheless be reported as Settled, because the designation generally reflects whether the full contracted amount was paid rather than the label used in correspondence between you and the Lender. Any indication given to you as to the likely designation is an expectation based on the Lender’s stated position and not a representation of the outcome.
(d) A “Settled” designation, once reported, may remain visible on your credit report for an extended period. FixMyScore.ai cannot cause it to be removed, amended or re-designated. Recovery of your broader credit profile following a settlement typically requires a sustained period of consistent positive credit behaviour, which may extend to twelve to thirty-six months or longer.
(e) Where an account can be resolved in a manner that results in it being reported as Closed rather than Settled, that is ordinarily the more favourable outcome, and FixMyScore.ai will seek that outcome in preference wherever it appears reasonably available in your circumstances. Whether it is available, and whether any Waiver or Settlement is granted at all, is determined solely by the Lender. FixMyScore.ai’s preference does not oblige any Lender to agree and does not constitute a representation that the outcome will be obtained.
(f) Your right to dispute inaccurate information is unaffected. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute the accuracy of any credit information reported about you, whether with the Lender or with the relevant Credit Information Company, or to pursue any remedy available to you under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 or any other applicable law. Where an account you have resolved is not accurately reflected on your credit report, FixMyScore.ai will, at your request, assist you in raising a correction request.
(g) Resolving an account by Settlement is nonetheless ordinarily preferable to permitting it to remain in active default, where days-past-due and adverse reporting continue to accumulate. Whether that trade-off is appropriate in your circumstances is your decision, to be taken with the benefit of independent advice where you consider it necessary.
10. Authorisation to Negotiate on Your Behalf
10.1 Your authorisation
Where you have given your Negotiation Authorisation, you authorise FixMyScore.ai and its authorised representatives to act on your behalf, to the limited extent set out below, in relation to the account or accounts identified in that authorisation. FixMyScore.ai will not approach any Lender on your behalf until that authorisation has been given, and will maintain a record of it. Submitting a Settlement Request is not by itself an authorisation for the purposes of this §11.
10.2 Group relationships and conflicts
FixMyScore.ai is operated by Analog Legalhub Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which forms part of the same corporate group as Credgenics, a provider of debt collection and recovery technology and services to banks, non-banking financial companies and other lenders. A Lender with which FixMyScore.ai negotiates on your behalf may also be a client of another entity within that group. FixMyScore.ai maintains internal arrangements intended to ensure that, when acting on your instructions under this §11, it acts in your interest in relation to your request.
Specifically: information you provide to FixMyScore.ai under §11.5 is not made available to any other entity within the group for use in recovery or collections activity against you, and is used only for the purpose of pursuing the request you have authorised. Where the Lender in respect of a Settlement Request you have authorised is also a client of another entity within the group, FixMyScore.ai will disclose that fact to you at the time you give the Negotiation Authorisation.
Nothing in this §11.2 affects your rights in respect of the conduct of any recovery activity directed at you, including your right to complain to the Lender, to the Lender’s grievance officer, or to the Reserve Bank of India.
10.3 Scope of authority
You authorise FixMyScore.ai to:
(a) contact the relevant Lender, and any recovery agent, asset reconstruction company, agency or other person acting for that Lender, in relation to the specified account;
(b) identify itself as acting on your behalf in respect of that account;
(c) request and receive from the Lender information concerning the specified account, including the outstanding amount, overdue amount, days past due, account status, and any settlement or waiver terms the Lender is prepared to consider;
(d) disclose to the Lender such of your personal, financial and account information as is reasonably necessary to present your case, as further described in §11.5;
(e) present your circumstances, make representations, submit written requests and correspondence, and negotiate proposed settlement or waiver terms in respect of the specified account; and
(f) receive, and communicate to you, any offer, counter-offer, rejection or other response from the Lender.
10.4 Limits on authority — what FixMyScore.ai may not do. This authorisation does not authorise FixMyScore.ai to:
(a) accept, agree to, conclude or execute any settlement, waiver or payment arrangement on your behalf. Every proposal will be communicated to you, and no proposal will be accepted or rejected without your express prior confirmation in respect of that specific proposal;
(b) make any payment on your behalf, or receive, hold or handle any money payable by you to a Lender, save where an in-application payment facility is expressly provided and you have initiated the payment;
(c) incur any liability, obligation, indebtedness or commitment in your name;
(d) admit liability on your behalf beyond such acknowledgement of the recorded outstanding amount as is inherent in requesting a settlement or waiver;
(e) execute any document, deed, instrument or agreement in your name;
(f) compromise, waive, release or assign any right or claim you may have against the Lender, including any claim in respect of the conduct of recovery activity or the accuracy of credit reporting; or
(g) act in relation to any account you have not specified.
10.5 Consent to disclose information to Lenders
For the purpose of performing the services described in this §11, and only for that purpose, you consent to FixMyScore.ai disclosing to the relevant Lender, and to any agent acting for that Lender, such of the following information as is reasonably necessary to present and pursue your case: your name and contact details; identifiers necessary to locate your account, including your loan or account number and, where the Lender requires it for verification, your Permanent Account Number; the details of the specified account, including outstanding and overdue amounts; information you have provided to FixMyScore.ai about your financial circumstances, ability to pay, and the amount and timing of any payment you are able to offer; the reasons for your default; and any supporting documentation you provide.
FixMyScore.ai will not disclose to a Lender information concerning your accounts with other lenders except where you expressly instruct it to do so, or where such disclosure is necessary to present your overall financial position and you have consented to it in relation to that request.
This consent is given in addition to, and is governed by, the Privacy Policy.
10.6 You remain the borrower
This authorisation does not transfer your debt to FixMyScore.ai, does not make FixMyScore.ai a party to your loan agreement, does not make FixMyScore.ai liable for your debt, and does not relieve you of any obligation to your Lender. Interest, charges, penalties and days past due may continue to accrue on the account until it is resolved, including during the period in which a settlement or waiver request is under consideration.
10.7 No agency of the Lender
In performing these services, FixMyScore.ai acts solely on your instructions and in your interest in relation to the specified account. FixMyScore.ai is not acting as the recovery agent of, or in the interest of, the Lender in respect of that request.
10.8 Communications with the Lender
FixMyScore.ai may recommend that you route communications concerning a live settlement or waiver request through FixMyScore.ai, so that a single consistent case is presented. That is a recommendation only. You remain fully entitled to communicate with your Lender directly at any time, and FixMyScore.ai does not restrict, and may not restrict, your ability to do so. You should tell FixMyScore.ai if you do, so that the negotiating position can be kept consistent.
10.9 Your obligations
You must provide information which is accurate, complete and not misleading, and should promptly notify FixMyScore.ai of any material change — including any payment you make to the Lender, any communication you receive from the Lender or its agents, any legal or recovery proceeding commenced against you, and any change in your ability to pay. FixMyScore.ai relies on the information you provide when presenting your case, and is not liable for any consequence of information which is knowingly inaccurate or misleading, including the withdrawal of any proposal by a Lender.
Contacting your Lender is not a breach. For the avoidance of doubt, communicating with your Lender directly, at any time, is not a breach of these Terms and does not forfeit any right or remedy available to you. The notification requested above is so that FixMyScore.ai can keep your case consistent; it is a request in your interest, not a condition of the service.
10.10 Documentation of the outcome
Where a settlement or waiver is agreed and you have made the required payment, FixMyScore.ai will use reasonable efforts to obtain from the Lender, and to make available to you, the Lender’s written settlement or waiver terms and its no-dues or account-closure confirmation. Where the resolution is not accurately reflected on your credit report within a reasonable period, FixMyScore.ai will, at your request, assist you in raising a correction request with the Lender or the relevant Credit Information Company. You should retain these documents; they are your primary evidence that the account has been discharged.
10.11 Duration, variation and revocation.
(a) This authorisation takes effect when you give the Negotiation Authorisation and, unless revoked earlier, continues until the earlier of: the resolution of the specified account; the withdrawal or final rejection of the request; the expiry from the date it is given; or the termination of your subscription or of these Terms.
(b) You may revoke this authorisation at any time, in whole or in respect of any specified account, by written notice to FixMyScore.ai at the contact details in §25, by using the facility provided in the application, or through any of the channels described in §3. Revocation takes effect when received and does not affect anything lawfully done before that time. FixMyScore.ai will notify the relevant Lender that it no longer acts for you in respect of the account.
(c) You acknowledge that revocation during a live negotiation may result in the withdrawal or lapse of a proposal under consideration, and that a Lender is not obliged to reinstate any earlier terms.
(d) Each settlement or waiver request requires its own authorisation. An authorisation given in respect of one account does not extend to any other account.
10.12 No guarantee
This authorisation is an authority to act. It is not a representation that any settlement or waiver will be obtained, on any particular terms, within any particular period, or at all. §9.1 applies.
11. AI Assistant
FixMyScore.ai makes available an automated conversational assistant (the AI Assistant) which uses artificial intelligence, including large language models which may be operated by third-party providers, to respond to your queries and to assist with tasks such as explaining your credit report, suggesting improvement actions and drafting correspondence.
(a) Automated interaction. You acknowledge that when you interact with the AI Assistant you are interacting with an automated system and not with a human representative. FixMyScore.ai will identify the AI Assistant as automated at the outset of each interaction.
(b) Output may be inaccurate. AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent or wrong. It may misinterpret your query, misdescribe or mischaracterise information held about you, or generate information which appears plausible but is incorrect. FixMyScore.ai does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or fitness for any purpose of the commentary, guidance, explanations, summaries and drafted text generated by the AI Assistant, and provides them on an “as is” basis. This does not limit FixMyScore.ai’s obligation to display the credit report and account data it receives from the Credit Information Companies accurately as received, and does not affect §10(f).
(c) Verify before acting. AI Assistant output is general information and does not constitute financial, credit, tax or legal advice. You should not act, and should not refrain from acting, in reliance on AI Assistant output alone, particularly in relation to any payment, settlement, waiver, dispute or credit application. You should verify material information against your credit report, your Lender’s own records and, where appropriate, independent professional advice. Where output relates to a payment amount, account status, settlement figure or eligibility, the position recorded by the relevant Lender or Credit Information Company prevails over anything stated by the AI Assistant.
(d) Correspondence drafted by the AI Assistant. Where the AI Assistant drafts a communication to a Lender or a Credit Information Company at your request, that draft is provided to you for your review. Any such communication issued by FixMyScore.ai on your behalf under §11 is reviewed and issued by an authorised human representative, and the AI Assistant does not itself send any communication to any Lender or Credit Information Company.
(e) No authority to bind. The AI Assistant has no authority to bind FixMyScore.ai or you. It cannot agree, offer, accept, negotiate, vary or conclude any settlement, waiver, payment arrangement, refund, discount, subscription term or other commitment. It cannot negotiate with, or make any representation to, any Lender. Any figure, offer, timeline, assurance or commitment stated by the AI Assistant is not binding and may not be relied upon, unless separately confirmed in writing by an authorised human representative of FixMyScore.ai or generated by the platform’s transactional systems.
(f) No guarantees via the AI Assistant. Without limiting §8, §9.1 and §13, the AI Assistant is not authorised to guarantee any credit score outcome, score increase, settlement or waiver acceptance, saving, change of account status, timeline, or availability of credit. Any such statement, if made, is unauthorised, does not bind FixMyScore.ai and may not be relied upon.
(g) Escalation to a human. You may request escalation to a human representative at any point, and FixMyScore.ai will provide a reasonable means of doing so. Complaints, grievances and disputes are handled by human representatives using the contact channels in §25, and are not resolved by the AI Assistant.
(h) Acceptable use. You must not use the AI Assistant to submit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content; to attempt to extract its underlying instructions, prompts or model; to circumvent its safeguards; or to generate content for any unlawful purpose. FixMyScore.ai may suspend your access to the AI Assistant where you breach this sub-clause. FixMyScore.ai may withdraw or materially reduce the AI Assistant as a feature, but where it forms part of the plan you have paid for it will give you reasonable prior notice and, at your election, a pro-rata refund of fees paid for the unexpired part of your subscription term.
(i) Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixMyScore.ai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI Assistant output, save to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this §12 limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
(j) Personal data. Personal data processed in connection with the AI Assistant is described in the AI Assistant section of our Privacy Policy.
12. No Provision or Guarantee of Credit
12.1 FixMyScore.ai does not lend, and does not guarantee that you will obtain credit.
(a) FixMyScore.ai is not a bank, non-banking financial company or other lender, and does not provide, underwrite, sanction, disburse, arrange or guarantee any loan, credit card, credit facility or other financial product.
(b) No feature of the platform — including any loan eligibility indicator, eligibility unlock, readiness score, gamified progress feature, product recommendation, pre-qualification indication or similar feature — constitutes an offer of credit, an approval, a sanction, a pre-approval, or any assurance that credit will be made available to you. All such features are indicative estimates based on the information available to FixMyScore.ai and are not decisions of any lender.
(c) Every decision to grant or decline credit is made solely by the relevant lender or card issuer, applying its own eligibility criteria, credit policy, verification requirements and regulatory obligations. FixMyScore.ai has no role in and no influence over that decision, and accepts no liability for the rejection of any application, for the terms on which credit is offered, or for the withdrawal of any facility.
(d) Where a product is described as having assured, guaranteed or pre-approved eligibility, including any secured credit card product where eligibility is not dependent on your credit score, that description reflects the criteria published by the issuer of that product at the relevant time and is subject to the issuer’s own approval, verification, documentation, deposit and know-your-customer requirements. It is not a guarantee given by FixMyScore.ai, and the issuer may decline any application.
12.2 Guarantor obligations and guarantor data
Where you have guaranteed, co-signed or otherwise provided security for credit taken by another person, that obligation may appear on your credit report and may affect your own credit assessment. FixMyScore.ai does not currently display or process guarantor relationship data, cannot confirm whether you are recorded as a guarantor on any account, and cannot alter any such record. To establish whether you are recorded as a guarantor, you should obtain your full credit report directly from the relevant Credit Information Company. Where you believe you have been recorded as a guarantor without your consent, or that a guarantee has been recorded inaccurately, you may raise a dispute with the relevant Credit Information Company or Lender, and §10(f) applies.
13. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
FixMyScore.ai shall:
- Access and use your Credit Information only for the stated purpose.
- Keep your data secure, encrypted, and confidential using industry-standard security measures.
- Delete or anonymise your personal and credit data when the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
- Comply with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
Your Rights:
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
Personal data processed in connection with the AI Assistant, and in connection with any Settlement Request you authorise under §11, is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or financial products. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or terms of these third parties. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk.
Certain products and services accessible through or referred to on the FixMyScore.ai platform — including credit cards, secured cards, loans, insurance and other financial products — are provided by third parties and not by FixMyScore.ai. Where FixMyScore.ai refers or introduces you to a third-party product, it does so as a facilitator and may receive a referral fee, commission or other consideration from that third party. Your relationship in respect of any such product is with the third-party provider and is governed by that provider’s own terms, conditions and privacy policy, which you should read before applying. FixMyScore.ai does not underwrite, endorse or guarantee any third-party product, its suitability for you, its availability, its pricing, or the conduct of its provider.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We do not guarantee a specific credit score or financial outcome, the acceptance of any settlement or waiver request, any saving, the status under which any account is reported to a Credit Information Company, or the availability of any credit product.
- We are not liable for any financial losses, claims, or damages resulting from:
- Use or misuse of the Services
- Data access from credit bureaus
- Inaccuracies in third-party reports or UPI failures
- Reliance on output of the AI Assistant, as described in §12
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under any provision of applicable consumer protection law which cannot be contracted out of.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or pandemics.
17. Children’s Privacy
